📋 Description

• Maximize Account Manager productivity through direct partnership • Provide operational assistance with quote creation and order processing • Provide status updates for orders, quotes, and other requests • Interact directly with customers regarding order status, quotes, and requests • Support basic CDW and Partner-badged service requests through Agiloft and Synapse/Changepoint • Prepare and distribute product configurations and customer quotes • Process orders through SPS and AS400 systems • Process web orders through the Sales Order Router • Manage bid entry, amendments, and winning bids in the Bid Router • Select appropriate purchasing contracts and terms during order entry • Maintain sales order routers and sales order manager screens • Follow tasks through to completion • Facilitate and follow up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow requests • Release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Sales Order Router • Configure hardware accurately according to best-practice standards • Attend sales team meetings and huddles via phone, Webex, or in person • Maintain knowledge of relevant products, promotions, and announcements • Develop product knowledge and sales skills through training • Complete Partner Product accreditation • Build trusted relationships with Account Managers and internal departments • Provide pertinent information to clients and Account Managers • Deliver an extraordinary customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Associate’s degree OR 2 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support or customer service role • 2+ years Sales or Technology industry experience (non-retail) • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments and priorities • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels • Flexibility in daily work schedule • Ability to work independently and manage time • Excellent problem-solving skills and follow-through • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed • Excellent communication, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Ability to multitask • Confidence with customer interactions • Prior experience selling computer hardware, software, solutions, or services • Certifications in Advance Technology (Cisco) preferred • Working knowledge of internal CDW systems, including AS400/SPS and Agiloft
