📋 Description

• Serve as the primary intake owner for pricing-related requests and validate submissions • Manage Business Operations ticketing intake from the commercial field, including categorization, prioritization, and routing • Prepare and organize inputs for Pricing Committee review • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather missing information and resolve inconsistencies • Track Pricing Committee decisions and communicate outcomes and next steps • Coordinate operational approvals through execution, including contracts, amendments, and system updates • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Distribution, and Contracting teams to ensure seamless handoffs • Track active requests, identify bottlenecks, and resolve delays • Ensure accurate downstream execution of pricing tables, system configurations, and documentation • Maintain centralized tracking of pricing, contracting, and operational requests • Provide stakeholders with updates on request status, timelines, and risks • Develop and maintain reporting or dashboards for volume, turnaround times, and bottlenecks • Validate data across requests, contracts, and system updates • Identify discrepancies or risks and support compliance and governance standards • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Support development and enforcement of SOPs • Reduce manual coordination through process design and system utilization • Improve turnaround time, accuracy, and execution quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred • Associates degree with additional experience would be considered • 2–5+ years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, sales support, or a similar execution-focused role • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including intake management and data validation • Strong understanding of commercial workflows, including pricing, contracting, and cross-functional coordination • Experience managing high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Familiarity with healthcare/pharma segments (GPO, IDN, 340B, VA) preferred • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams • Ability to manage complex, multi-step processes across functions • Expertise in structuring and managing high-volume request pipelines • Strong understanding of pricing workflows and downstream execution requirements • Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across operational outputs • Ability to develop and reinforce structured, repeatable processes • Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, resilience, ethical behavior, and commitment to continuous learning
