📋 Description

• Maximize the productivity of Account Manager(s) through direct partnership • Provide operational order management support and handle order escalation through ServiceNow, Drop Ship Emergency, and Credit • Interact with external customers to provide order status updates, quotes, and other requests • Assist account managers and field sales coworkers with quote creation and order processing • Provide status updates for orders, quotes, and other requests to sales coworkers • Assist with basic CDW and Partner badged services requests through Agiloft and Synapse (Changepoint) • Prepare and distribute product configurations and customer quotes using online tools and CDW resources • Process orders via SPS and AS400 systems • Process web orders through the Sales Order Router • Enter, amend, and win bids in the Bid Router as needed • Select proper purchasing contracts and terms upon order entry • Maintain sales order routers and sales order manager screens • See all started tasks through to completion • Facilitate and follow up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow requests • Maintain operational assistance to release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Sales Order Router • Configure hardware accurately according to best-practice standards • Attend sales team meetings and huddles via phone, Webex, or in person • Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant products, promotions, and announcements • Use internal and external training opportunities to develop product knowledge and sales skills • Complete Partner Product accreditation to advance skills in solutions and services sales • Build trusted relationships with account managers and deliver a OneCDW customer experience • Provide pertinent information proactively to clients and account managers • Develop working relationships with internal departments • Provide an extraordinary customer experience with a high sense of urgency

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Associate’s degree OR 2 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years in administrative support or customer service role • 2+ years Sales or Technology industry experience (non-retail) • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments and priorities and produce work in a timely manner • Strong interpersonal skills; team player with ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels • Flexibility in daily work schedule required to accommodate requirements of the position • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time • Excellent problem-solving skills and follow through • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings, and customer locations • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Prior experience in selling computer hardware, software, solutions, or services • Certifications in Advance Technology (Cisco) • Working knowledge of internal CDW systems (AS400 / SPS, and Agiloft knowledge) • Demonstrate ability to multitask • Confident with customer interactions
