📋 Description

• Perform forensic analysis of financial data to identify anomalies, cost drivers, and risks • Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, cost, and margin performance • Provide forward-looking insight to anticipate the financial impact of decisions • Design and improve cost allocation methodologies across programs and regions • Partner with Finance, PMO, and Operations teams to validate financial data • Build dashboards and visualizations, including Power BI, to communicate insights • Integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis • Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial and strategic decisions • Enable proactive financial planning and decision-making across projects, programs, and portfolio-level investments • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the customer-facing portal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, forensic accounting, or planning • Strong experience with forecasting, modeling, and cost analysis • Advanced Excel skills • Power BI • Alteryx • Data Modelling • Predictive Analytics • Experience working with large datasets • SQL, Python, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps • Self-starter who works with limited direction and delivers against aggressive deadlines • Customer-first mentality • Ability to manage competing and changing priorities • Ability to tailor messages and ideas to the audience • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team in a virtual environment • Proven ability to influence and develop trusted connections collaboratively • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work North America business hours
