📋 Description

• Understand the real needs of customers, suppliers and colleagues and collaborate with technical teams to turn them into achievable deliverables • Ensure delivery of quality and value • Contribute to the project standardising CEF business integrations through a third-party EDI managed service • Support the future procurement and implementation of an internal integrations platform • Manage the current EDI/integration landscape and contribute to the intended future state • Provide and administer customer catalogues, including simple, hosted and punchout catalogues • Onboard customers and configure parameters • Support a third-party Van Stock solution • Support customer reporting solutions • Standardise processes for the BI Team to generate reports • Provide 3rd-level support for Service Desk issues

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience implementing and supporting standard EDI technologies, including Tradacoms, EDIFACT, X12, XML and SFTP • Working knowledge of APIs and bespoke integration solutions • Experience discovering and eliciting customer needs, breaking down complex information and turning it into meaningful deliverables • Experience working with customers and suppliers • Experience in an implementation or 3rd-level support role • Experience documenting technical processes
