📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable integration, automation, and API-led solutions • Deliver product demonstrations and solution deep-dives for technical and business stakeholders • Collaborate with Account Executives on new business and account expansion strategies • Translate customer use cases into feedback for Product and Engineering • Create and maintain demo environments, reusable templates, and technical collateral • Develop standardized integration patterns and repeatable architectures • Help customers apply AI and agentic automation within integration workflows • Collaborate cross-functionally to support a customer-focused sales motion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software implementation • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to both IT and executive-level stakeholders • Familiarity with business challenges in order orchestration, finance automation, inventory sync, or multi-channel commerce • Understanding of AI or intelligent automation in enterprise workflows, including practical limitations and guardrails • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and 3PL platforms • Hands-on experience designing or deploying cloud integrations, APIs, or automation solutions • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Webhooks, and FTP/SFTP • Experience scoping and articulating solutions within complex sales cycles • Experience supporting consultative SaaS sales cycles, ideally with a platform or integration-focused product • Exposure to API management platforms, data pipeline architecture, or EDI/B2B integration workflows • Experience developing standardized or repeatable solution architectures
