📋 Description

• Lead and participate in project planning • Identify development tasks, create work plans, and manage workflows to meet timelines • Collaborate with architects to align solutions with long-term IT strategies • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications • Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications • Build high-quality applications and perform code reviews • Ensure seamless integration with other platforms • Define and enforce development standards • Conduct testing and review modules for compliance • Design and develop optimized, scalable relational databases • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions • Promote effective use of IT systems through education and training • Work with clients, business analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of application programming and analysis experience • Broad understanding of information systems and application architecture standards • Experience leading projects and delivering scalable solutions • Experience with Composable Commerce solutions and modern technologies • Expertise in React • Experience with Microsoft development tools, Visual Studio/Code, and C# • Expertise in microservice architecture, B2B2C solutions, and headless architecture platforms • Understanding of NoSQL, relational database design, Object-Oriented Design Patterns, event streaming, and integration methodologies • Advanced programming skills in several programming languages • Experience with test-driven development • Ability to translate complex business requirements into multiple solution options and explain pros and cons • Experience mentoring and leading technical teams • Technical experience with front-end/back-end development, networking, databases, and user support • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems for performance • Knowledge of branching and merging strategies for version control • Good background in database design, including Microsoft SQL and Access • Exposure to server technology such as IBM Power 8 would be helpful • WMS application experience is preferred but not required
