📋 Description

• Build and maintain proactive relationships with assigned pharmacy customers • Schedule and lead regular virtual meetings with pharmacy owners • Review reports, account activity, and Salesforce notes to prepare for customer meetings • Conduct post-meeting follow-up, including recaps and next steps • Document customer interactions and account updates in Salesforce • Support pharmacy owners with business coaching, goal setting, and progress tracking • Gather customer feedback on the business coaching program • Collect and review financial information, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements • Use Excel-based tools for benchmarking and deeper business analysis • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business performance • Manage a large portfolio of accounts while maintaining organization and follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role focused on relationship management, customer success, coaching, or account support • Strong active listening and communication skills • Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with customers or business partners • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience using Salesforce, Excel, and phone-based communication systems • Comfortable discussing business performance, goals, and operational challenges with customers • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage follow-up across multiple accounts • Pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy operations experience is preferred but not required • Customer service, business support, or leadership experience in a relevant environment will also be considered
