📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations, customer service, and logistics activities to support timely execution and service continuity • Develop operational plans, service frameworks, and process improvements aligned with business priorities • Manage customer service performance and escalated issues to protect relationships and improve service outcomes • Monitor service, operational, and financial metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to improve end-to-end service execution • Manage hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation activities to build team capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, human resources, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 7+ years of experience in shared services, global business services, enterprise operations, finance, human resources, information technology, business transformation, or a related field required • 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required • Knowledge of live animal transportation regulations and related compliance requirements • Knowledge of operations, logistics, and customer service processes within a regulated service environment • Knowledge of current logistics sector challenges, service requirements, and industry practices • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and external stakeholders • Ability to manage client expectations and support issue resolution during service disruptions • Ability to analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions • Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workload demands • Ability to use business systems and standard office software to support operations and reporting • Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in support of business objectives • Ability to apply sound judgment, initiative, and professionalism in daily work
