📋 Description

• Drive agile practices and foster trust, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement through healthy Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs to support delivery visibility, governance, and timely escalation of schedule risks • Communicate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather information, confirm progress, and maintain delivery alignment • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and follow up on action items • Apply established project management procedures and agile frameworks to support sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination • Recommend minor improvements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related field required • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
