📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers about purchasing and implementing capital equipment • Manage sales regions as the equipment ambassador and identify opportunities to grow equipment sales • Direct MWI sales staff to available equipment sales resources and explain how to access them • Assist with special projects assigned by team leadership • Serve as or assist project manager for veterinary hospital new builds, remodels, renovations, or relocations • Enter complex orders requiring a high degree of detail

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in veterinary technology or bachelor’s degree in an animal health field preferred but not required • Three or more years’ experience working in a veterinary clinic, or two or more years in a call center environment with an animal health products distributor or manufacturer • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with CRM Salesforce is desirable • Ability to speak effectively in individual or group situations • Customer-oriented approach and ability to respond to customer needs • Knowledge of customers, market territories, and key competitors • Knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling, and administering products • Ability to maintain technological expertise • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
