📋 Description

• Serve as technical lead and product owner for CRM and client portal products supporting GPO operations • Own end-to-end technology delivery of solutions built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Guide Salesforce architecture decisions, backlog prioritization, engineering best practices, and technical roadmaps • Plan future CRM and client portal changes based on business priorities and customer requirements • Forecast demand for Salesforce-based solutions and prioritize initiatives with IT and business leaders • Drive continuous improvement, Salesforce platform optimization, and API integration reliability • Develop product roadmaps covering new features, technical debt reduction, and product retirement planning • Provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development decisions • Oversee API integrations between Salesforce and enterprise cloud platforms • Own technical delivery of the Salesforce Experience Cloud client portal • Lead backlog refinement and technical story creation with acceptance criteria and architectural considerations • Conduct or facilitate code reviews, architecture reviews, and design discussions • Ensure Salesforce governance, release management, environment strategy, and data governance standards • Manage risks, metrics, OKRs, SLAs, OLAs, service costs, budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts • Develop performance dashboards and scorecards and coordinate resolution of high-severity product issues • Manage and coach cross-functional product team members and coordinate Agile SAFe interdependencies • Mentor associates and contribute to user story creation, architecture guidance, code reviews, and Salesforce configuration decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years in Information Technology in progressive levels of responsibility • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity preferred • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Experience with Salesforce platform architecture, declarative and programmatic development approaches, and Salesforce release management • Experience managing API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise cloud platforms • Strong understanding of creating and maintaining technical backlogs and integrating architecture, new features, and technical debt improvements into a Product Roadmap • Experience supporting GPO operations, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare-related business processes preferred • Experience managing or supporting a client-facing portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud preferred • High-level understanding of Product Management, Technical Architecture, Business Analysis, Testing, or Operations and Support • Some budgetary responsibility preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical direction to a cross-functional team • Working knowledge of product management methodology and Salesforce platform best practices • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and methodology • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet commitments in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work across multiple IT groups to ensure end-to-end performance of Salesforce-based solutions and integrations • In-depth knowledge of GPO business operations and how CRM and portal technology enables them • Knowledge of the cost basis for the service, including Salesforce licensing and integration platform costs • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, product management, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
