📋 Description

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement • Own growth OKRs across the end-to-end funnel and identify high-impact adoption levers • Identify and develop new pathways to reach clinicians • Improve how clinicians discover, access, and begin using AI-enabled products across web, mobile, enterprise, and EHR channels • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to streamline acquisition flows and reduce friction • Shape onboarding and early user experiences for rapid time-to-value and strong initial engagement • Use targeted experimentation to improve conversion and activation • Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and success metrics • Support go-to-market efforts, including messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new AI capabilities • Define measurement frameworks, instrumentation, and visibility into user behavior across channels and products • Use experimentation, cohort analysis, and user insights to prioritize initiatives • Balance rapid iteration with clinical, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Develop understanding of clinician behavior, motivations, and barriers to AI adoption • Monitor growth performance and communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership • Continuously refine strategies and build scalable growth approaches across products and segments

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with exposure to growth, acquisition, or user engagement initiatives • Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement • Experience working across multiple functions, including marketing, sales, partnerships, and product • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and prioritize work • Technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams • Experience operating in complex or enterprise environments • Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders • Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or provider-facing products • Preferred: Familiarity with clinician workflows and barriers to technology adoption • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML-powered products, including LLM-based features • Preferred: Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar regulatory environments
