📋 Description

• Cultivates trusted partnerships and collaborates with site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies. • Works closely with regionally assigned CenExel sites to monitor and provide recommendations on workforce trends. • Uses data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR programs. • Identifies training and development needs and coordinates learning programs. • Translates business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR agenda, initiatives, and actions. • Provides employee relations expertise ensuring compliance and coaching on people-related matters. • Drives succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • HR certification strongly preferred. • 3+ years’ of progressive HR experience. • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Ability to maintain a problem-solving mindset. • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools. • Strong leadership capabilities to champion important issues and to work collaboratively with business and HR partners. • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
