📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain state-level corporate security licenses, electrical contractor credentials, and municipality permits required for field service deployments • Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting filings, and state gaming or security card allocations for a nationwide network of field technicians • Prepare, review, and file physical and digital licensing application packets • Track varying state deadlines to prevent operational blackouts • Track project licensing progress in internal databases such as Oracle Fusion • Ensure legal approvals align with client project Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Serve as the central legal compliance contact for project management teams, corporate counsel, and third-party regulatory auditors • Perform all other duties assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree level of education • Minimum of 2–3 years of high-volume administrative compliance or licensing experience • Experience within field technician routing, banking infrastructure, or commercial construction sectors is preferred • Familiarity with state-by-state structural corporate regulations, commercial tax permits, and secretary of state registration laws across different regions • Strong proficiency using digital tracking databases • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams • Proficiency with scanning software • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to communicate professionally
