📋 Description

• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries • Perform stock compensation accounting and forecasting • Support the SEC reporting team • Reconcile general ledger accounts • Analyze financial data • Provide audit assistance on financial, regulatory, and health plan audits • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience • 2+ years of accounting experience • Experience leveraging AI tools for accounting and reporting processes • Experience with stock compensation accounting • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Continuous improvement mindset • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously • Forecasting experience • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple departments • CPA preferred
