📋 Description

• Execute bulk claims automation requests using established procedures • Validate automation eligibility and results • Perform claims review, investigation, adjustment, and resolution for claims, appeals, inquiries, and payment discrepancies • Support automation maintenance activities, including updates and configuration changes, with guidance • Perform basic data validation and analysis using Excel and/or entry-level SQL • Confirm automation outcomes and identify exceptions • Assist in documenting workflows, job aids, and process steps • Capture notes for current-state and proposed changes • Correct identified errors • Support requirements gathering by collecting inputs, clarifying operational needs, and documenting outcomes • Respond to automation questions and issues from internal and external customers • Escalate requests appropriately • Participate in testing activities, including UAT support and regression checks • Perform post-implementation validation • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1–3 years of claims-related experience in claim processing, claims payment support, medical billing, or claims operations • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Claims processing fundamentals and attention to detail • Basic analysis, validation, and exception handling • Strong customer support and communication • Process adherence and documentation support • Intro automation knowledge • Automation tool experience (Macro Express) preferred • Technical aptitude preferred • Exposure to beginner-level SQL preferred or willingness to learn • Coding experience preferred
