📋 Description

• Lead or co-lead project-based efforts with business and IT to drive operational efficiency • Apply benchmarking, customer journey mapping, process flows, current state gap analysis, strategy mapping, financial optimization, organizational change management, and governance • Manage and monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement plans • Handle direct employee personnel issues and processes, including performance management, appraisals, development planning, and career pathing • Supervise non-exempt direct reports, assign workload, monitor quality, and coach associates • Collaborate with internal teams and departments on transferring social service inquiries • Train associates on new and existing processes • Facilitate and participate in staff meetings • Review, update, and create associate training materials • Ensure business processes comply with state and federal guidelines • Perform service organization research, data entry, and gap assignment/fulfillment • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in related field • 4+ years of experience in at least one of: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, or project management • Organizational Change Management certifications (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, or PMP preferred
