📋 Description

• Provide coverage and develop market penetration for Medicaid and Medicare products in the assigned territory • Present health insurance products to prospective members and provide education and assistance • Maintain relationships with community resource and advocacy groups • Collaborate with internal staff, government agencies, and regulatory/accreditation entities • Facilitate communication between the health plan and community-based organizations • Assist members with accessing healthcare, transportation, and other services • Monitor marketing guidelines, competitive products, and marketing practices • Submit territory, product, and competitive-condition reports • Build strategic relationships with community organizations, DSS offices, health departments, the Enrollment Broker, schools, and other stakeholders • Support member education, outreach, enrollment, retention, Medicaid recertification, and HR1-related renewal efforts • Plan and participate in community education and outreach activities, health fairs, events, campaigns, presentations, and collaborative events • Collaborate with Marketing, Medicare, Ambetter, providers, agencies, schools, and community organizations • Support community engagement strategies and sponsorship initiatives • Manage budgets, event documentation, reporting, compliance, branding, and outreach standards • Lift boxes containing marketing materials and travel • Perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of marketing, sales, community relations, or outreach experience • Experience preferably in a managed care or Medicaid environment • Candidates must reside in North Carolina within Mecklenburg County or surrounding counties • Ability to lift boxes containing marketing materials for events • Ability to travel • Bilingual skills are a plus
