📋 Description

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities • Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases for proposed initiatives • Lead activation of strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives • Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills • Collect and analyze process data to recommend business practices and procedures focused on effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment • Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation • Drive consensus and confirm end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and implementation • Partner on timely communication to key stakeholders and contribute to executive-level presentations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 7+ years health care or insurance industry experience having led large scale initiatives required • Operations experience preferred • CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • Complies with all policies and standards • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the LA County Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act
