📋 Description

• Build Curate by DDS Lab into a significant and differentiated growth platform within the premium aesthetic dentistry market • Serve as the commercial leader for DDS Lab's high-aesthetics business • Lead market development, commercialization, customer adoption, KOL development, and revenue growth • Determine where DDS Lab can win in high aesthetics and build strategies to acquire customers, increase adoption, drive repeat utilization, and expand share of wallet • Work across Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Technical Consulting, Operations, and Digital Innovation • Partner with the Technical Consulting organization on clinical case support, technical standards, and workflow execution • Own the commercial development and growth of the high-aesthetics business

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in market development, commercial leadership, product management, strategic marketing, business development, or a related growth role • Demonstrated success commercializing clinically or technically complex products, services, or solutions • Proven ability to develop markets, influence customer adoption, and translate market insight into measurable growth • Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, technical teams, and executive leadership • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience evaluating commercial performance and developing business cases • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging clinicians, customers, and senior organizational leaders • Dental, dental laboratory, medical device, healthcare, or similarly technical industry experience strongly preferred • Experience in aesthetic/restorative dentistry and established relationships within the aesthetic dental community are highly desirable • Experience developing KOL or clinical influencer networks preferred • 4 Year Degree
