📋 Description

• Manage and implement strategies to maintain and implement compliance programs meeting regulatory requirements for assigned products across the company • Ensure Medicare and Medicaid products and services are tested for compliance with program regulations, insurance regulations, and regulatory requirements • Maintain and track laws, regulations, contract documentation, amendments, and compliance measures • Develop policies, procedures, and processes for federal and state regulatory compliance • Advise departments on compliance issues and new compliance requirements • Conduct compliance audits and develop and implement corrective action plans • Perform plan risk assessments and report trends, deficiencies, and variances • Provide Ethics, Compliance, Risk Management, FWA, privacy, and security training • Monitor Commercial product risks, benefit filings, and entity licensures • Collaborate with Marketing to monitor sales and marketing representatives and advertising materials • Monitor the FDR oversight program for Medicare and MMP plans • Report Medicare and Medicaid product risks • Partner with departments as the local executive responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery regulatory requirements • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Law or related field; or equivalent experience required • 4+ years Compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment; or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position required • 2+ years Medicaid, Medicare or Commercial Managed Care experience required • Previous experience demonstrating effective interaction with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred • Master's Degree preferred • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
