📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Protection Analysts in the Americas • Recruit, hire, and onboard analysts • Build team structure, processes, and capacity plans to scale with customer growth • Own the quality, consistency, and timeliness of work across customer engagements • Oversee incident analysis, policy and dataset tuning, forensic investigations, and executive reporting • Establish and maintain playbooks, templates, and best practices for incident investigations and response workflows • Define and track team KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction, and risk-reduction outcomes • Report team KPIs to leadership • Serve as an escalation point for complex investigations • Advise customer security leaders, including CISOs, SOC managers, and insider-risk teams • Develop incident-response workflows aligned with customer security objectives and policies • Present summaries, trend analyses, and realized-value readouts to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences • Monitor DLP, Insider Risk, and CASB market trends and use insights to shape team strategy • Collaborate with Product and Development teams on customer feedback, requirements, monitoring, and data-loss prevention strategies • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experiences • Align methodologies and share learnings with service leaders in other regions • Report to the Director of Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with data protection products • 2+ years leading or managing technical teams • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical talent • Experience scaling a team through growth • Deep expertise in DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR integrations • Experience advising on accidental and malicious data protection and insider-risk issues • Strong understanding of endpoint protection best practices • Experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows environments • Knowledge of security controls for handling sensitive data types • Experience overseeing technical analysis, documentation, and project management for data-security incident response • Familiarity with cloud apps and services • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and building and developing agents • Experience operating in a SaaS, services, or managed-services delivery model • Experience managing priorities across multiple customers • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create and deliver management-level presentations and analysis • Effective collaboration in a global, cross-functional team
