📋 Description

• Manage project and program managers in all phases of the project life cycle • Perform resource planning • Determine, monitor, review, and report on program costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, quality, and risks • Share knowledge and develop team capabilities related to IT, industry, business, and best practices • Execute IT objectives through oversight and management of stakeholders • Manage hiring and training of new and existing staff • Conduct performance reviews and provide leadership, technical guidance, and coaching • Develop and communicate organizational objectives • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve results • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management desired • Experience with Microsoft Office desired • Experience with Agile Management and Project Management desired • Experience developing, monitoring and managing project budgets and schedules desired • Knowledge of Agile Management, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle desired • Ability to lead/manage others • Collaboration and team building skills • Ability to coach and deliver constructive feedback • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management • Effective conflict management skills • Demonstrated negotiation skills • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
