📋 Description

• Lead large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs from discovery through delivery and adoption • Develop program roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and success metrics • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Drive alignment across business, marketing, product, data, engineering, and executive teams • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews • Translate business objectives into actionable delivery and implementation plans • Communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations • Coordinate workstreams across architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and customer experience teams • Partner with Solution Architects and Engineers to ensure successful delivery • Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and drive execution across distributed teams • Lead programs involving Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, identity, personalization, and AI-driven customer experiences • Help clients modernize marketing, content, data, and customer experience ecosystems • Deliver measurable business value for enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Technology Delivery experience • Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders • Proven success managing budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes • Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance • Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution plans • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred • Background in digital transformation, customer experience, marketing technology, or enterprise platforms preferred • Consulting, systems integration, professional services, or agency experience preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred • Knowledge of customer data platforms, CMS, DAM, analytics, identity resolution, and journey orchestration preferred • Ability to meet company and client needs, including possible office attendance • Must live in Colorado for this remote posting
