📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned cross-team programs • Translate product and engineering objectives into integrated plans, milestones, and delivery commitments • Build and maintain program roadmaps and dependency maps across multiple teams • Establish and steward delivery governance, including intake, prioritization inputs, definition of done, and release-readiness criteria • Identify and remove blockers, sequence dependencies, and manage scope and critical paths • Maintain program status, risks, and mitigations; escalate early with context and recommended options • Coordinate cross-team release planning and release readiness, including periodic evening and occasional weekend release windows • Track and report delivery metrics, including throughput, cycle time, predictability, dependency aging, and DORA-style signals • Drive systemic improvements to recurring delivery friction and dependency bottlenecks • Leverage AI-enabled tooling to automate status rollups and surface risks and dependencies • Serve as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Design, Cloud/Platform, and Security • Produce concise program updates and executive-ready status communications • Facilitate planning and coordination ceremonies, including quarterly/PI planning, dependency reviews, release checkpoints, and retrospectives • Hold teams to shared commitments through influence rather than authority

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years coordinating delivery of complex, cross-team software programs in an Agile environment or similar experience • Demonstrated success managing dependencies, risks, and release coordination across multiple teams simultaneously • Proficiency with Linear and Jira • Experience building delivery metrics and dashboards • Experience using AI-enabled tools for program coordination, validating outputs, and maintaining accountability • Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in SaaS, identity/access, or education technology preferred • Familiarity with scaled Agile practices and delivery/DORA metrics preferred • Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools such as Looker or Amplitude preferred • Prior software engineering or quality engineering background preferred
