📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Assist with business case development, including assessment of opportunities, risks, and return on investment • Optimize business unit performance by aligning policy, process, and technology and designing/implementing future business needs • Drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance • Provide policy guidance and ensure end-to-end process consideration • Organize work teams, establish project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee implementation • Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills to develop solutions • Support project work using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Lead staff responsible for operating-plan initiatives and support their development and completion • Assist other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management • Write and deliver communications across all organizational levels • Provide related support and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required • Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required • Master's Degree in a related field preferred • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions • Must comply with all policies and standards
