📋 Description

• Identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar methodologies • Support business infrastructure and procurement of new business opportunities • Develop, prioritize and execute performance improvement projects • Assist with implementation and training of functional areas regarding process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings • Collect, monitor and evaluate project key performance metrics • Develop project status reports • Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following the DMAIC roadmap or similar improvement process • Communicate process design and implementation gaps to upper management • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred • Working knowledge of process mapping and design • Working knowledge of statistical applications • Working knowledge of project management software • LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred • CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management preferred • Black Belt or PMP preferred • Flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the United States • Primarily available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; occasional weekend may be needed
