📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for products in assigned territories • Educate and assist Medicare individuals to provide access to health insurance • Distribute health education materials and arrange health screenings • Provide Facilitated Enrollment and assist with health insurance continuation and recertification • Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for Medicare Advantage • Apply policies and procedures for disclosures, product provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment • Develop a local community presence to generate enrollments • Conduct home visits and personalized appointments as needed • Market Medicare Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated sites • Explain covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions • Assist members with accessing health care, transportation, and other services • Follow marketing activity guidelines and provide required materials and documentation • Monitor competitive products and marketing practices and inform management • Conduct telemarketing and outreach efforts • Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events • Complete applications accurately and promptly • Submit territory, product, and competitive-condition reports • Perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship • Candidates should reside in New York City or surrounding communities • 1+ years of marketing, sales, or community relations experience required • Previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required • State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire • Current state driver's license required upon hire • Bilingual Spanish preferred; specific language skills may be required by some plans • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products, enrollment, disenrollment, disclosures, provisions, benefits, exclusions, and exemptions • Ability to conduct community outreach, member engagement, home visits, personalized appointments, telemarketing, and event participation • Ability to complete applications accurately and submit territory reports
