📋 Description

• Manage annual development and creation of the HEDIS Provider Toolkit and communications • Assist in maintaining an overarching communications practice in a managed care environment • Develop materials supporting communication plans to members and providers • Design, review, and revise health-related materials distributed to members and providers • Develop and maintain professional contacts with printers, graphic artists, and other vendors • Track and provide status of ICS, Business Owner, and Regulatory recommendations and approvals • Maintain positive working relationships with business partners and Member and Provider communications colleagues • Manage communications through internal and external compliance approval processes • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of related experience • Ability to develop communications materials supporting members and providers • Ability to design, review, and revise health-related materials • Ability to ensure content appropriateness, readability, and translations • Ability to manage internal and external compliance approval processes • Ability to work with Health Plans, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
