📋 Description

• Direct the process for identifying and obtaining appropriate licenses for new and existing businesses • Assist new business development and expansion for companywide operations • Identify state requirements and secure information from Centene and external sources to fulfill filing obligations • Engage directly with State personnel and conduct independent research into regulatory environments • Advise new product development regarding regulatory requirements and concerns • Lead discussions regarding licensure requirements, organizational structure obligations, financial funding levels/timing and obligatory filings • Assess requirement viability and propose mitigation strategies • Execute business implementation plans, including initiating requests to finance, legal, compliance and other support functions • Respond to state-specific requests and escalate as appropriate • Advise senior leadership on significant state-level regulatory trends affecting business operations • Coordinate and track application documentation and submissions for business licensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field • 8+ years of regulatory operations, compliance, business operations, project management or related experience • Managed care experience in a healthcare environment • State licensing experience in a healthcare environment
