📋 Description

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies and related activities for internal communications channels • Engage and educate internal and external audiences on the company's mission, vision, goals, culture, and progress • Enrich the employee experience • Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with the company's focus on dual eligibles, complex populations, and Medicare Advantage • Define and lead the strategic direction for assigned training channels • Identify training needs and ensure timely delivery • Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations • Lead cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives • Evaluate and optimize training and communication channel effectiveness • Create channel-specific content plans supporting organizational goals and strategic priorities • Track and report KPIs for internal communications channels and refine strategies using insights • Advise internal teams and clients on training and communications best practices and strategy • Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, resource management, execution, deployment, and closure • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, related field or equivalent experience required • 4-6 years of communications, public relations, or marketing experience required • Preference for experience with regulatory communication, analysis, and training experience • Master's Degree preferred
