📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for strategic and operational execution of strategic plans • Support strategic and business planning processes • Lead larger-scale, cross-functional initiatives supporting annual business and strategic plans • Support initiative planning and prioritization and ensure timely, effective execution • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams on cost/benefit analyses, business cases, risks, return on investment, and budgets • Integrate multiple project plans into cohesive plans or programs with identifiable critical paths • Manage task dependencies, project interrelationships, milestones, schedules, resources, scope, budget, time, and quality • Lead and review post-implementation project reviews and address follow-up issues and improvement areas • Monitor business needs and issues related to Health Care product success, including regulatory, policy, contract, industry, and corporate changes • Prepare communications and presentations for internal and external audiences • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of managed care experience in a HMO, MSO, provider managed care setting or related experience • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience • Project Management Professional Certification preferred • Ability to support strategic and business planning processes • Ability to lead larger-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Experience developing cost/benefit analyses and business cases • Experience managing complex budgets, project plans, schedules, resources, dependencies, milestones, scope, quality, and timelines • Knowledge of regulatory or policy changes, contract changes, industry trends, and corporate goals • Compliance with all policies and standards
