📋 Description

• Collaborate with courts, county administrators, providers, law enforcement, and other system partners to implement coordinated judicial processes impacting enrolled members • Serve as primary contact for assigned courts and system partners and liaison between system partners, members, and the company • Monitor justice system service provider performance • Establish baseline data; collect, analyze, and report outcomes and progress toward program goals • Verify justice system provider services are delivered according to contract expectations • Coordinate services among system partners, including crisis providers and intake agencies • Identify service gaps for justice system-involved members and develop and oversee initiatives to address them • Conduct root cause analyses and rapid-cycle improvement processes • Conduct cross-departmental and cross-system collaborative meetings • Respond to external justice system partner issues in a timely manner • Request corrective action plans from non-compliant providers • Troubleshoot service delivery and coordination issues • Educate justice system partners regarding referral policies, website education, and problem solving • Implement and monitor project plans to meet goals and timelines • Develop innovative solutions, including pilot justice system programs • Promote specialized Evidence Based Practices • Advocate for Peer and Family Support Services, wrap-around and community-based services, and “Road to Recovery” services • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, social sciences or related field or equivalent experience • Master’s degree preferred • 4+ years of related experience in a behavioral health managed care setting • At least 3 years of experience focused on programs and services associated with the Justice System • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges facing adults with SMI • Knowledge of community reentry programs services • Some local travel throughout Arizona required • Compliance with all policies and standards
