📋 Description

• Manage clinical imaging data, including PET, SPECT, CT, and MRI, for clinical research trials • Perform data entry and project coordination • Receive, review, reconcile, and transfer data from research centers worldwide • Maintain data integrity through quality assurance processes • Track issues and perform reconciliation • Communicate with internal project teams and external research centers • Track and reconcile data • Review and maintain image data files • Electronically transfer large image-based data files between remote sites • Troubleshoot and support remote trial centers • Resolve transfer errors and permission access privileges • Transcribe data between operating systems and archive media • Ensure adherence to study timelines and image format protocols/guidelines • Perform additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Experience in clinical research or computer-related field preferred • Strong administrative skills, including written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including comparing/merging documents and tracking changes • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Relevant experience demonstrating organizational capabilities • Process-focused for efficient follow-through of internal procedures • Familiarity with radiological images and DICOM is a plus
