• Plan, coordinate, and control daily activities related to maintenance and repair of Fidelis Care New York vehicles • Manage drivers and assist driving staff with requests as needed • Coordinate schedules for the Fidelis Care Community Office Vehicles fleet of RVs • Oversee fleet drivers across Upstate New York, including Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Albany • Ensure RVs are properly maintained and safe for full operation • Perform regular mechanical troubleshooting and maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness • Call for maintenance and service to ensure ongoing fleet operation • Plan and arrange travel schedules to minimize delays and ensure successful itineraries • Coordinate vehicle presence at Marketing Events • Ensure vehicles are stocked with current materials and brochures • Determine optimum inventory and stock levels • Reorder stock to control inventory levels and meet operational objectives • Coordinate operations closely with the Marketing team
• High School degree required • BA/BS - Bachelors Degree preferred • Two to five years related experience required • One to three years supervisory experience preferred • Experience driving commercial vehicles like Taxis, Limos, Trucks, and/or buses, and transporting passengers • Documented experience in resolving routine vehicle malfunctions, changing a flat tire, checking tire pressure, and performing oil changes • Management skills, including managing staff of drivers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; Lotus Notes; Internet; People Soft time keeping • General knowledge and troubleshooting experience of standard motorized vehicles • Skilled to work in a fast paced environment • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers • Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone • Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements • Proficiency in one or more languages other than English
