📋 Description

• Oversee department staff, including hiring, performance management and career development • Develop budgets and priorities and align plans and resource allocations • Coordinate organizational plans and activities with senior leaders inside and outside IT and strategic suppliers • Anticipate and analyze customer needs • Recommend and develop priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation • Develop and modify information processing systems, policies and procedures • Maintain operational reliability, quality and compliance across enrollment, eligibility, billing and payment platforms • Create a target state, migration roadmap and decommissioning discipline for a fragmented platform landscape • Improve delivery predictability, engineering flow, quality, operational stability and continuous improvement • Translate product, operations and business priorities into technology investments and measurable outcomes • Apply emerging technology to engineering productivity, testing, incident resolution, knowledge management, operations or member experience • Manage investment choices, capacity, strategic suppliers and contingent workforce resources • Apply process and business expertise to impact business results • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience required • 10+ years of diverse IT experience required • Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance • Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position • Complies with all policies and standards
