📋 Description

• Calculate and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tenant recoveries, including CAM, TAX, and INS • Ensure accuracy of recovery billings and financial statement impact • Interpret lease language for tenant recovery calculations, including exclusions, tenant cost pools, and GLA/GLOA • Update occupancy reports used in tenant recovery calculations • Research and resolve tenant recovery discrepancies • Aid collections of outstanding recoveries by providing supporting documentation • Coordinate with the third-party utility recoveries group on annual utility recoveries • Process tenant recovery billings and mail backup documentation timely • Calculate and complete annual escrow recoveries • Prepare annual per-square-foot rates for Leasing, Legal, and external clients • Provide customer service to tenants and internal customers, including Leasing, Asset Management, and Accounting • Identify efficiencies and collaborate with the Manager • Set up recovery models for acquired properties as needed • Oversee tenant recovery workflows for annual reconciliations and disputes • Provide required documents to the third-party recovery group • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting or 5 years relevant experience in tenant recoveries • 3 years of experience with ERP general ledger (e.g. YARDI) • Real estate accounting preferred • Deadline-focused; organized; problem-solving skills; flexible • Demonstrated written/oral communication and documentation skills • Intermediate Excel skills to include v-lookups and pivot tables • Great customer service • Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of a background check
