📋 Description

• Prepare Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules, including tie-out and support binder • Prepare and provide information for external and internal reporting purposes • Help build the external reporting calendar, templates, and supporting documentation • Support the SOX initiative, including design, documentation, and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting • Own the PBC rollforward and end-to-end PBC management, including maintaining the request list, obtaining supporting documentation, and tracking status for the team and auditors • Partner cross-functionally to source disclosure inputs and improve reporting processes, systems, and documentation • Participate in ad hoc analyses, special projects, and other assigned duties • Report to the Financial Reporting Manager and partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Equity Administration, and external auditors; individual contributor with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• An active CPA license — this is a requirement for the role • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm audit); in-house SEC reporting at a publicly traded company is preferably also included • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles • Hands-on experience preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), including footnote drafting, tie-out, and XBRL tagging in Workiva • Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP • Familiarity with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting • Ability to juggle competing close and filing deadlines while maintaining quality • Ability to communicate PBC requests and hold team members accountable for delivering requested support • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
