📋 Description

• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries • Perform routine administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while maintaining customer satisfaction • Provide positive member experiences through active listening and effective communication • Self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards and following established policies and guidelines • Support the Pharmacy flexible work model • Oversee education and enrollment processes • Provide live chat support • Provide inbound call support for medication refills, order status, and similar inquiries • Provide outbound call support

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, or NC • Must be able to work a full-time shift of 40 hours per week • Must be available Monday through Saturday, 8am–11pm EST; day off determined by business • Must provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office; satellite and wireless internet are not allowed • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
