📋 Description

• Analyze data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, project tracking, and partner communication • Develop recurring dashboards and reports for operational oversight, analytics, compliance monitoring, and leadership decision-making • Analyze operational trends, variances, aging, volumes, activity breakdowns, and performance changes • Summarize findings in clear business narratives with key takeaways and recommended next steps • Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and written analyses explaining the story behind the data • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting, including dashboard maintenance, pending work analyses, activity tracking, audit reporting, GenAI-related reporting, CDI tracking, and query tracking • Partner with leaders and teams to define reporting needs, resolve data issues, and interpret results • Document deliverables, reporting schedules, data sources, process notes, dependencies, risks, and transition plans • Manage priorities, meet deadlines, escalate barriers, and make independent decisions within established guidelines • Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies and healthcare information requirements • Improve reporting processes, manual workflows, data quality, partner usability, and deliverable clarity • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, healthcare administration, operations, information management, or a related field • Experience supporting operations, analytics, project coordination, or administrative responsibilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to organize data, create summaries, and support presentation-ready deliverables • Ability to validate data, identify trends, compare time periods, calculate changes, and explain findings concisely • Ability to produce written summaries with main insights and recommended next steps • Ability to validate calculations, remove duplicates, and confirm assumptions • Ability to partner across teams and translate requests into reporting or documentation • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive operational, employee, provider, member, business, and healthcare information • Experience improving business processes, partner experience, and operational outcomes through accurate reporting and insights • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
