📋 Description

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications • Perform advanced administrative, operational, and customer support duties requiring independent initiative and judgment • Support inbound member and provider calls • Contact physicians for prescription clarification • Enter prescription orders into the system • Support Pharmacists and patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx operational processes • Provide education and resources for new members • Prioritize requests by interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques • Review and assess administrative processes and organizational knowledge • Report to a Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active unrestricted State Board of Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona, Ohio, or Texas without disciplinary action • Must have National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT • Minimum 1 year customer service experience working in a health services or pharmacy setting • Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel • Knowledge navigating multiple systems and platforms • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; may be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
