📋 Description

• Curate membership by inviting the right people and protecting the room • Build authentic relationships across an industry niche • Enroll 3–10+ new members monthly; top performers average 7+ • Host and drive attendance to the chapter’s signature monthly experiences • Work with the Executive Leadership Pod to create memorable member experiences • Build recurring income through member relationships • Shape the San Antonio chapter’s membership, culture, tone, and rhythm • Help assemble the founding group of chapter leaders • Generate revenue through membership enrollments, renewals, performance bonuses, partnerships, and sponsorships
