• Provide technical support and leadership for planning, scheduling, and executing full life-cycle commissioning of hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities • Participate in MEP design reviews and functional testing of complex electrical and mechanical systems • Support all aspects of projects and work closely with owners, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other trades • Develop and evaluate bid proposals • Develop commissioning plans, testing plans, procedures, and consolidated programmatic schedules • Facilitate communication and ensure compliance with owner requirements, laws, specifications, guidelines, and manuals • Manage pre-construction activities, including project initiation, kickoff, RFIs, and submittals • Coordinate or oversee resource and material forecasting, staffing, schedules, project meetings, QA/QC, startup, cutover, testing, and closeout • Prepare project and program progress reports for internal and external stakeholders • Forecast and monitor project budgets, profitability, margins, bill rates, utilization, and financial risks • Communicate with clients regarding additional fees and change orders • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Manage cost schedules and schedules of value for client progress billing • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts • Maintain client relationships, identify new projects, serve as primary client contact, and ensure client satisfaction • Mentor associates and support training, development, organizational training, and standards development • Assist with strategic planning and hiring • Lead complex project teams, coordinate personnel, and complete deliverables on time and on budget
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, OR two years of additional related-field experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 13 years of experience in a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects • Advanced knowledge of industry trends, project management, construction procedures, and best practices • Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in mission-critical construction, commercial buildings, or other structures • Knowledge of the Method of Procedure (MOP) process and work notifications • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore • Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with effective communication, organization, self-motivation, proactiveness, and resourcefulness • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence • Effective oral and written communication of technical and non-technical information • Ability to communicate directly with clients and serve as primary client contact when required • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite and remote team members • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines • Ability to plan and delegate work • Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address issues • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles • Must be located near a major US airport • Must obtain a valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative, such as a passport, for business air travel effective May 7, 2025
