📋 Description

• Lead development, optimization, and governance of quality systems including ETQ Reliance, M-Files, Sharpcloud, and related process-automation platforms • Develop and maintain enterprise roadmaps for digital quality and CORE tools • Oversee cross-functional digital initiatives modernizing quality workflows, integrating applications, enhancing visibility, and supporting analytics-driven decisions • Partner with Quality and CORE to design tools, dashboards, and interfaces that standardize processes and improve data availability • Lead and influence a high-performing technical team • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and regulatory requirements through QMS capabilities, internal controls, audit readiness, and digital QMS enhancements • Manage budgets, prioritize investments, and secure funding for transformation initiatives • Drive adoption of CORE methodologies, Lean principles, and continuous improvement practices across digital quality applications • Stay current on emerging technologies and advocate for solutions enhancing quality performance, supplier engagement, and operational efficiency • Provide product ownership and technically credible leadership for the Adaptive platform

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • 8+ years leading enterprise applications, quality systems, or engineering tools in highly regulated environments • Experience developing, configuring, or administering ETQ, M-Files, Sharpcloud, or similar systems • Demonstrated leadership of technical teams supporting digital tools, automation, dashboards, or workflow systems • Strong understanding of AS9100, ISO auditing practices, and enterprise QMS requirements • Expertise in analytics and automation tools such as Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, APIs, scripting, or workflow automation • Ability to collaborate across organizations and build strong stakeholder relationships • RTX CORE or Six Sigma certification preferred • Aerospace or defense industry experience preferred • Genuine Adaptive technical depth, including ability to evaluate model design, investigate calculation issues, challenge complex solutions, and navigate the backend
