📋 Description

• Leverage analytics, technology, and investigative strategies to support Asset Protection operations, investigations, and risk mitigation • Provide analytical insights and investigative guidance for Field Asset Protection • Lead a team using data link analysis, surveillance activity, controlled deliveries, and exception-based reporting to identify and resolve internal and external risks • Manage investigative competencies related to systems-driven case identification, exception-based reporting, and data-driven investigative strategies • Oversee vendor management and systems administration for AP technologies • Develop and enhance exception-based reporting methodologies to identify risk trends • Use analytics, reporting tools, and investigative methodologies to identify high-risk areas and optimize AP and Operations strategies • Develop best practices for investigative methodologies and outline policies for loss control systems and field strategies • Partner with cross-functional teams and AP leadership on strategic decision-making • Lead and coordinate analytics efforts supporting Business Units and field-based Asset Protection and Operations strategies • Drive adoption of AP technology tools and investigative methodologies with internal and external stakeholders • Monitor industry trends in AP analytics, investigative technology, and risk mitigation • Develop and implement AP system improvements to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and investigative efficiency • Develop predictive models and investigative algorithms to identify high-risk situations and proactively address potential threats

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel 25% for quarterly meetings • 8+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Investigations, AP Analytics, or AP Technology Management, with a blend of investigative and data-driven expertise • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • LPC, CFE, or other relevant AP and investigative certifications preferred
