• Provide interim support during maternity leave • Own full lifecycle recruitment for Director-level positions • Coach and support a team of recruiters • Manage executive candidate experience and talent pipelines • Optimize recruiting processes and ATS functionality
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and above positions • Strong corporate recruiting experience • Experience managing recruiting agency relationships • Experience owning ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience preferred
