📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications • Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States • Complete provider credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers • Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring 100% accuracy • Interact with providers and clients by email when additional information is required • Assist with monitoring and new client implementation projects • Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed • Work closely with the team lead and cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English • Experience in Credentialing is a must • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience • Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google • Strong attention to detail • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this role is based
