📋 Description

• Assess proposal requirements for strategic alignment with CET’s mission, skills, and operations • Participate in opportunity reviews and capture decisions, requirements, and key messaging • Maintain Salesforce to track and manage pipeline opportunity status • Create proposal templates and submission checklists based on RFI/RFP requirements • Ensure written materials conform to CET content, style, and quality standards • Maintain reusable libraries of resumes, forms, and required attachments • Confirm proposal attachments are complete, accurate, and ready for submission • Coordinate timelines, milestones, deadlines, review cycles, and final assembly • Track NDAs, subcontracts, framework agreements, contracts, and signatures • Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate opportunity strategy sessions and translate discussions into outlines and first drafts • Liaise with the CEO, CGO, Operations, and functional departments to gather proposal information • Develop knowledge of CET programs, services, experience, and differentiators • Use repurposed content, AI-assisted drafting tools, and staff direction to produce accurate first drafts • Tailor proposal organization, formatting, and tone to funder, client, and solicitation requirements • Incorporate feedback through multiple revision rounds • Monitor RFP, RFR, and grant opportunity platforms • Match funding opportunities with organizational priorities in collaboration with Program and Project Managers • Research data, new funders, and government, industry, and philanthropic sources • Support post-award project setup and closeout workflows and handoff to project management and functional departments • Create PowerPoint project summaries for internal kickoff and handoff • Update the Resource Management tool with projected staffing needs • Review contract language for risks, inconsistencies, and alignment with existing agreements • Support procurement of goods and services related to project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful proposal and report coordination • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent, detail-heavy tasks under deadline pressure with minimal supervision • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment • Strong editing skills and ability to produce clear, organized, accurate written content • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate first drafts and refine language • Ability to read and interpret contract and legal language, including NDAs, subcontracts, and compliance requirements • Familiarity with state, federal, and utility procurement, grant application, or funding processes preferred • Experience with philanthropic grant processes a plus • Experience and comfort in a remote work environment • Strong communication skills with customers, clients, vendors, and coworkers via phone, email, meetings, presentations, and events • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Teams • Experience using spreadsheets, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and other digital collaboration tools • High-speed internet access and a working location free from distractions and interference during business hours • Must be located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, or Vermont • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
