📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial RFP analysis to submission • Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors to gather proposal content • Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff • Develop and maintain proposal schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines • Identify and allocate resources to meet proposal requirements • Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance • Translate complex information into compelling proposals with technical and non-technical teams • Conduct thorough quality reviews of proposals • Implement proposal-development best practices • Interact with Business Development and Operations personnel to clarify requirements and address queries • Foster positive relationships across teams • Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and reusable materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of direct proposal management experience managing complex Government bids of $100M+ • 3 of those years should be in management • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement • Demonstrated ability delivering proposals compliant with RFP requirements and consistent with capture-team direction • Track record of success developing winning, compliant, compelling proposals • Experience with Shipley or similar proposal process • APMP certification preferred
